Feuille pretty much means leaf in French and I think leaves are such beautiful things (especially the textures)
though Science makes it look irky under the microscope.Leaves are amazing in a way how their appearance differs at different times of of the year; which reminds me of the poems that sets fourth the theme for the pieces Tchaikovsky wrote - The Seasons, especially this in particular: Octobre (October): Chant d'automne (Autumn Song) Despite it being really short compared to the rest of the epigraphs, I find it the most beautiful, having the visualization of the falling leaves of red, yellow and orange variation dancing in the air as they welcome winter. The description of leaves is indeed crucial in beautifying passages and is in a way, a nature's way of celebrating the start of the different seasons. |
